We’ve spent the past year building Austin Archives with little to no experience and we are finally ready to show you what we’ve made. Our first project, Learning to Ride, is a story about The Yellow Bike Project and all the ways it has impacted this city since 1997. We’d love to tell you all about how amazing this nonprofit is, but you’ll just have to watch the documentary to find out! 

We’re hosting a release party this Thursday at 7pm at Flitch Coffee in East Austin. If you can’t make it, go ahead and unsubscribe from this mailing list. Kidding! The video will be released on our Youtube and website this Friday. But… you’d really be missing out since we are going to have drinks, a raffle for a custom bike, some good tunes and a great time. We’ll have plenty of drinks, NA and otherwise, thanks to our sponsors Bawi and Carabuena, as well as a keg on us. There will also be food available for purchase from Pueblo Viejo so come hungry. Carpooling (and biking!) is encouraged since parking is limited. 

We are also super excited to announce our sick Austin Archives x Yellow Bike Project collaborative merch our graphic designer Carson whipped up for us that will be for sale at the event. As you know, the whole point of Austin Archives is not only to show what makes Austin so unique and cool, but to have a hand in keeping those things alive, so all collaborative merch and raffle ticket sales will be going straight back to YBP.
